Refund / Returns Policy

​We accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped to you. We are happy to accept most full priced items back for a refund*, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
 

• *Pre-order items (including including consumables such as ritual oils, teas, etc.), items from discounted orders and sale items are not eligible for a refund and can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Only full priced, non discounted orders are eligible for a refund. 

• Consumables are clearly organized and described as such on the item's product page for your reference. 

• Returns must be lodged via email to info@occultabode.com. Please include a note that specifies: full name, order number and/or return number.
  Any returns received outside our portal will be redirected to re-lodge the return request via email. 

• Items must be in original condition. No tears, marks, scuffs, animal fur, makeup, or cigarette smells. 

• International orders of consumables (ritual oils, teas, etc.) can receive a credit or refund. If you wish to exchange please place an order for the new item and then return the original item for a refund. If your order was not eligible for a refund, only credit, we will still refund upon receiving your return if you have purchased an alternate size of that item (where applicable). Simply order the new size, open a return of a credit, and add a note in with your return stating you have reordered with the new order number included.

• Items must be returned in as new condition fit for resale.

• Ritual oils, teas, piercing jewelry, herbs or beauty products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

• Final Sale Items cannot be returned. These items are clearly labelled on the product page in red lettering so you know you are about to grab an amazing bargain, but you will need to choose carefully!

• If you have a problem with an item we will always work with you to resolve it fairly. When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
