Shipping Policy
We ship every three business days and every item will be sent tracked through Australia Post or international carrier. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours unless they contain a preorder or custom item.
Orders are processed Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding public holidays. We want to get your orders out ASAP, and will work hard towards this aim.
During sale times, after a public holiday and during busy periods we may take extra time to get your order out.
Tracking is provided on all orders.
You will receive a tracking email same day your item ships to track your item.
Once your item arrives in your country, tracking is also available through your country's postal service, i.e: USPS.com for the USA.
Please note, customers outside Australia may be liable for customs fees, taxes, import duty or additional charges. You may refer to the Customs and Duties Section below for further details.

All orders over $200 include free shipping.
Your package will be left without signature in a safe place by default for your convenience. If you prefer the security of signing for your parcel, please note 'signature required' in the when paying for your items.

Please note, we may be unable to ship to you as a result of your location. Once your order is placed, if we cannot fulfil this due to your location all monies paid (including shipping) will be refunded as per the refund / returns policy.

Customs and Duties
Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs, import duty or additional charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
Return to Sender Items
If your order gets returned to us we will contact you to let you know. We are happy to reship it for you.
If returned due to an error on your behalf (incorrect address, postal service unable to contact you etc.) we will charge you the actual cost of postage plus the $10 RTS fee which we are charged each time an item comes back to us.
Unfortunately, postage has risen over 30% since 2020, and is very expensive. We wish to keep it affordable for you when ordering, but when shipping an item again, we invoice the actual amount we pay. We will show you this in our freight calculator and issue an invoice for that amount plus $10.
Alternatively, we can issue you a full credit for the item/s minus the RTS fee.
